New contributions for properties accredited to the Historic Houses Network of Lazio!

Eligible expenditure and contribution: 

Contributions up to €50,000

For private entities: contributions equal to 50% of the expenses incurred

For public entities: contributions equal to 70% of the expenses incurred

For municipalities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants or municipalities in a state of declared financial distress: 100% of the expenses incurred.

The following expenses are considered eligible: works, connections to public services, replacement and upgrading of systems, purchase of furniture and equipment, expenses for paperwork and authorisations, technical expenses up to a maximum of 15% of the total eligible cost of the project, expenses for sureties, for promotion of the project and the property, non-recoverable VAT.

Eligible interventions:

• Routine and extraordinary maintenance work in accordance with Presidential Decree 380/2001.
• Restoration and conservation work. 
• Restoration of movable works and decorated surfaces of architectural assets.
• Work aimed at improving the accessibility of assets.
• Landscaping and gardening work in historic gardens and parks.
• Enhancement, communication and promotion expenses (up to 5% of the total eligible cost per project)

How to participate: 

Each entity (owner or manager) may submit only one project proposal and for only one asset registered in the Network.

Applications and the required documentation must be submitted exclusively via the dedicated IT platform.
